These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Fynity Innovations website and your participation in our programs, workshops and internships. The website is operated by Fynity Innovations LLP, Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
1. Acceptance of terms
By using this website or enrolling in any of our programs, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.
2. Our services
Fynity Innovations provides:
- Learning & Skilling — professional training, fellowships and government skilling programs, workshops, mentorship and internships;
- Technology Solutions — platform and product development, technology consulting and research support; and
- Products — software products such as CareerEzi, which are governed by their own terms.
Program content, schedules, mentors and formats may change to keep them up to date. We will inform enrolled participants of any significant change.
3. Government and institutional programs
Programs and platforms delivered for government departments or institutions — such as the AAROHAN AI Fellowship with ITDA Paderu, Government of Andhra Pradesh — are governed by the Memorandum of Understanding or agreement signed with that department or institution. Where those terms conflict with these Terms & Conditions, the agreement with the department or institution prevails.
Selection, eligibility and participation rules for such programs are set jointly with, or by, the department or institution concerned.
4. Internships
- No fees. Fynity does not charge students any fee or amount for applying to or taking part in its internship program, including internships offered through the AICTE National Internship Portal. Anyone asking for money in Fynity's name for an internship is not authorised by us; please report it to fynityinnovations@gmail.com.
- Submitting an application does not guarantee selection. Shortlisted candidates are contacted by email or phone.
- Selected interns receive an offer letter that sets out the duration, mode, domain and any stipend for their internship.
- Interns must follow the code of conduct in section 6 and keep confidential any client or program information they see during the internship.
- An internship certificate is issued only on successful completion, including the required attendance and project work.
5. Certificates
Certificates are issued only to participants who meet the completion requirements of their program. Every certificate carries a unique ID that anyone can check on our Verify Certificate page.
Altering, forging or misrepresenting a Fynity certificate is prohibited and may be an offence under Indian law. We may revoke any certificate that was obtained through fraud or misconduct.
6. Participant code of conduct
Everyone taking part in our programs, workshops and internships must:
- treat mentors, staff and fellow participants with respect, and not harass or discriminate against anyone;
- submit their own work and not plagiarise or cheat in assessments;
- not share login details, recorded sessions or course material with people outside the program;
- not misuse program platforms, attempt unauthorised access, or upload harmful content; and
- follow any additional rules set by the institution or department running the program.
We may suspend or remove a participant who breaches this code, after giving them an opportunity to respond.
